Vault Supply supplies government agencies and international institutions. We find the right manufacturer anywhere in the world, price the contract against the published award record, and deliver goods that have been checked by an independent inspector before they leave the factory.
What we supply
We studied five years of published public contract awards before choosing what to sell. These are the categories where demand is real and recurring, and where a disciplined supplier can serve the buyer better than the incumbent. We do not quote outside them.

Laboratory and analytical instruments, detection and monitoring equipment, calibration and maintenance contracts, and consumables.
Items triggering radiation, hazardous-substance or telecommunications licensing are quoted only where the relevant licence is held.

Personal protective equipment, safety gear and consumables — supplied to certified standards, with certificates of conformity provided on delivery.
Medical-grade items regulated as medical devices are outside our scope until the relevant dealer's licence and device registration are held.

Commercially available training aids, assessment equipment and associated technical support — supplied as standard products, not as integrated systems.
Bespoke simulation systems requiring prime-contractor integration are outside our scope; we will say so rather than bid them.

Hardware, tools, electrical, furniture, appliances and the everyday goods that institutions buy in volume and on contract.
Controlled goods under the guns, explosives and weapons regime are refused outright.
How we work
Most suppliers ask a buyer to trust them. We would rather show the architecture. Vault Supply runs on a system we built and operate ourselves, and the following are enforced in it — not as policy, but as controls that hold whether or not anyone is watching.

Our bid system holds a register of the licences, certifications and registrations we actually hold, with their validity dates. Before a bid can be marked submitted it is re-checked against that register, and any edit resets the check. A claim not backed by a valid document on file blocks the submission.

Every price we offer is benchmarked against five years of published contract awards in the same category. We can show you the comparables we used. We do not guess, and we do not pad.

Every consignment is inspected by an independent third party before it leaves the factory. Our system will not advance an order to shipment until a passed inspection outcome is recorded against it; a failed inspection blocks the order. The report is yours on request.

Sourcing, pricing, compliance screening, dispatch and acceptance are each recorded with the reason and the evidence behind them. If you ask us why, you get the record rather than a recollection.

Each manufacturer we buy from is screened against international sanctions and denied-party lists before any purchase order is raised, and re-screened on a schedule. A confirmed match cannot be overridden.

Goods falling under the guns, explosives and weapons control regime are refused by the system where the corresponding licence is not held — and we do not hold one. Controlled goods crossing borders require an end-user certificate before shipment, enforced as a blocking step.
Where we supply
We are honest about where we are registered today and where we are still opening the door. A supplier who overstates its reach will overstate everything else.
Ministries, statutory boards, and the science, health, education, transport, environment and home-team agencies that buy through the national procurement portal.
The UN system procures the categories we supply — laboratory equipment, safety goods, test kits — from suppliers worldwide.
Hong Kong's government supplier lists, and the public markets open to Singapore suppliers under the WTO Government Procurement Agreement. We monitor these; we are not yet registered in them.
For manufacturers
Most distributors approach a manufacturer with a promise and a price list. We approach you with the evidence: how many public contracts were awarded in your product category across the markets we serve, what they were worth, who is winning them today, and which are due to be tendered again.
Then we tell you honestly whether we think we can win them for you, and what it would take. If we cannot, we will say so. We ask for non-exclusive rights first and expect to earn anything beyond that.
Standing & registrations
Suppliers routinely list credentials they have merely applied for. We think that tells a buyer everything they need to know about the rest of the bid. So here is the position as it stands, updated as each item lands. Our bid system is bound to this same register: it will not state a credential below unless it is recorded as held and valid.
